রিমোট ডেস্কটপ কানেকশন দিয়ে অন্য কম্পিউটারে লগইন করার সময় "The Local Security Authority Cannot be Contacted" এরর দেখায়। এটি আপডেট ইনস্টলেশনের পরে ঘটে।
কারণ
- ভুল DNS কনফিগারেশন: Google বা OpenDNS ব্যবহার করুন।
- রিমোট ডেস্কটপ ডিজেবল: হোস্ট বা ক্লায়েন্টে অন করা থাকতে পারে।
- IP/DNS দ্বন্দ্ব: নির্দিষ্ট কমান্ড চালালে সমাধান হয়।
সমাধান ১: DNS ঠিকানা পরিবর্তন
- Windows + R, ncpa.cpl লিখুন, OK। বা Control Panel → Network and Internet → Network and Sharing Center → Change adapter settings।
- সক্রিয় নেটওয়ার্ক অ্যাডাপ্টার ডাবল-ক্লিক → Properties।
- Internet Protocol Version 4 (TCP/IPv4) সিলেক্ট করে Properties।
- Use the following DNS server addresses সিলেক্ট করুন।
- Preferred: 8.8.8.8, Alternate: 8.8.4.4।
- Validate settings upon exit চেক করে OK।
সমাধান ২: গ্রুপ পলিসি এডিটরে রিমোট কানেকশন অন করা (Windows Home বাদে)
- Windows + R, gpedit.msc, Enter।
- Computer Configuration → Administrative Templates → Windows Components → Remote Desktop Services → Remote Desktop Session Host → Connections।
- Allow users to connect remotely by using Remote Desktop Services ডাবল-ক্লিক → Enabled।
- Apply → রিস্টার্ট।
সমাধান ৩: সিস্টেম প্রপার্টি থেকে কানেকশন অনুমতি
- This PC রাইট-ক্লিক → Properties।
- বামে Change settings ক্লিক করুন।
- Remote ট্যাবে Allow remote connections to this computer চেক করুন, Allow connections only from computers running Remote Desktop with Network Level Authentication আনচেক করুন।
- Apply করে চেক করুন।
সমাধান ৪: হোস্টে কমান্ড চালানো
- অ্যাডমিন হিসেবে Command Prompt খুলুন (Start-এ cmd লিখে Ctrl+Shift+Enter)।
- লিখুন:
ipconfig /flushdns
Enter চাপুন। - "Operation completed successfully" আসলে কানেকশন রিসেট করুন।
সমাধান ৫: সব ভার্সন থেকে কানেকশন অনুমতি
Windows 10 আপডেটে সিকিউরিটি ফিক্সের জন্য Windows 7-এর সাথে কম্প্যাবিলিটি ভাঙতে পারে। সিস্টেম প্রপার্টির Remote ট্যাবে Allow connections from any version সিলেক্ট করুন (নিরাপত্তা কম থাকলেও)।
