- Load startup items আনচেক করুন।
- Services tab-এ Hide all Microsoft services চেক করুন।
- Disable all চাপুন অনাবশ্যক সার্ভিস ডিসেবল করতে।
- Startup tab-এ Open Task Manager।
- Task Manager-এ Startup tab-এ সব ইনাবল্ড আইটেম Disable করুন।
- OK চাপে Restart। আবার Windows আপডেট চেষ্টা করুন।
- আবার msconfig খুলে General tab-এ Normal Startup সিলেক্ট করে OK।
- রিস্টার্ট প্রম্পটে Restart চাপুন। এটি নিশ্চিত Windows Update Database Corruption Error ফিক্স করবে।
পদ্ধতি ৩: System File Checker (SFC) এবং Check Disk (CHKDSK) চালান
- Windows Key + X > Command Prompt (Admin)।
- নিচের কমান্ডগুলো চালান:
Sfc /scannow sfc /scannow /offbootdir=c:\ /offwindir=c:\windows
- প্রক্রিয়া শেষ হলে পিসি রিস্টার্ট করুন।
- CHKDSK চালান: Fix File System Errors with Check Disk Utility(CHKDSK)।
- প্রক্রিয়া শেষ হলে আবার রিবুট করুন।
পদ্ধতি ৪: DISM (Deployment Image Servicing and Management) চালান
- Windows Key + X > Command Prompt (Admin)।
- নিচের কমান্ড চালান (Windows Installation Media রেডি রাখুন):
DISM.exe /Online /Cleanup-Image /RestoreHealth /Source:C:\RepairSource\Windows /LimitAccess
নোট: C:\RepairSource\Windows আপনার রিপেয়ার সোর্স লোকেশন দিয়ে বদলান।
- এন্টার চাপুন, ১৫-২০ মিনিট অপেক্ষা করুন।
- কাজ না করলে বিকল্প কমান্ডগুলো ট্রাই করুন:
Dism /Image:C:\offline /Cleanup-Image /RestoreHealth /Source:c:\test\mount\windows Dism /Online /Cleanup-Image /RestoreHealth /Source:c:\test\mount\windows /LimitAccess
- DISM শেষ হলে sfc /scannow চালান।
- System File Checker সম্পন্ন হলে পিসি রিস্টার্ট করুন।
পদ্ধতি ৫: SoftwareDistribution Folder রিনেম করুন
- Windows Key + X > Command Prompt (Admin)।
- Windows Update Services বন্ধ করুন:
net stop wuauserv net stop cryptSvc net stop bits net stop msiserver
- SoftwareDistribution Folder রিনেম করুন:
ren C:\Windows\SoftwareDistribution SoftwareDistribution.old ren C:\Windows\System32\catroot2 catroot2.old
- Windows Update Services আবার চালু করুন:
net start wuauserv net start cryptSvc net start bits net start msiserver
